In view of the ongoing restrictions relating to Coronavirus we have, very reluctantly, decided to cancel the three steam excursions that were due to be hauled by No. 35028 ‘Clan Line’ in July 2020. These are:
- The Pembroke Coast Express, which was due to run on Sunday, 12 July 2020;
- The Shakespeare Limited, which was due to run on Saturday, 18 July 2020; and
- The Exe – Parrett, which was due to run on Saturday, 25 July 2020.
We have written to all the passengers booked on each of these trains offering them a full refund.
We looked into running the excursions later in the year, but that has not proved possible. Instead we hope to be able to organise them for next year, on dates yet to be determined. As soon as we have any further information we will be in touch with those people who were booked on the original trains.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but our customers’ health is paramount to us in these uncertain times.
The Booking Office is currently closed because of the Pandemic and we are working from home, so please bear with us if responses/refunds take a little longer than usual.
Take care.
